FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference between a sliding system and traditional balcony doors?

The sliding system opens by moving the sash to the side, so it doesn’t take up any space inside. It also allows for larger glazed areas and more convenient access to the patio or balcony.

We provide measurement of the building opening, delivery of the system, and professional installation. During installation, we check that the frame is properly positioned, securely anchored, airtight, and that the sliding sash operates smoothly.

The Uw value indicates the heat transfer coefficient through the entire structure—that is, the frame, sash, and glazing. The lower the Uw value, the better the system’s thermal insulation properties.

Yes. The selected systems achieve low Uw values and are also suitable for energy-efficient buildings. The resulting parameters also depend on the size of the structure, the type of glazing, the spacer frame, and the installation method.

Simply clean the profiles regularly with water and a mild detergent. We also recommend keeping the guide rails clean, checking the seals, and lubricating the moving parts of the hardware once a year.
